The volatile economic situations that have existed in Zimbabwe over the last 20 to 30 years has resulted in some prospective clients being forced to shelve projects thus creating difficulty in forward planning. However Technoexpert Construction envisages liquidity, fluidity and continued expansion due to its dynamic management policies and satisfaction enjoyed by clients.

Due to our capacity to produce quality workmanship and delivery on time, Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited receives many invitations to tender for works from across the country and on this basis the future of the company looks reasonably secure.

Various customers have been served during the more than 30 years that Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited has been in existence as shown in our Experience Schedule. However the major customers have been from the Private sector including ZSE listed compnaies, Central Government through various ministries, departments and agencies and parastatals such as the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority.

Since dollarization of the Zimbabwean economy private sector players such as mining companies, Delta Beverages, Innscor and Pension Funds etc, have seen fit to engage Technoexpert Construction due to the known capacity and excellence of projects execution.
