However Technoexpert Construction envisages liquidity, fluidity and continued expansion due to its dynamic management policies and satisfaction enjoyed by clients.
Because of its capacity to produce quality workmanship and delivery on time Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited receives many invitations to tender for works and on this basis the future of the company looks reasonably secure.
Various customers have been served during the more than 30 years that Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited has been in existence as shown in our Experience Schedule. However the major customers have been Central Governmental and parastatals, especially the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority.
But since dollarization private
establishments such as mining
companies, Delta Beverages, Innscor
and Pension Funds establishments etc,
have seen fit to engage Technoexpert
Construction P/L due to the known
capacity and excellence of projects
execution.
Our main Suppliers have been
merchant suppliers of building and
civil construction materials. e.g. Davis
Granite, Unicem Marketing, P.G.
Timbers, Halsted Brothers, Astra Steel,
Astra Paints, Monarch Steel and many
more.
The company has had no difficulties in
obtaining credit facilities for materials.
However since the advent of hyperinflation most suppliers now insist on
upfront payments and Technoexpert
Construction (Pvt) Limited has had
no problems in operating under these
conditions.

Competitors have mainly been companies registered in Category A C.I.F.O.Z
and category A of the Ministry of
Public Construction and National
Housing and is usually in the form of
tendering.

(Private) Limited has managed to hold
its own and secure lucrative contracts
as shown in our experience schedule.
