Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited is a progressive, wholly Zimbabwean owned Civil and Building construction company incorporated on 27 November 1989 with branches in Harare and Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
Due to the wealth of experience and professionalism of its Managing Director at the time, Mr. Arthur Evans, it was immediately accorded “Category ‘C’” status by the Ministry of Public Construction and National Housing without having to serve in lower categories. From humble beginnings and consistent, successful delivery of projects the company grew from strength to strength into the respected brand that it is today.
Today Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited enjoys top tier accreditation through its classification as a ‘Category A’ civil and building contractor with both the Construction Industry Federation of Zimbabwe (CIFOZ) and Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing. With a positive, forward looking strategy Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited has and will continue with its mantra of ‘Building a Better Zimbabwe’.
Following further successful execution of works valued above Z$3 000 000.00 the company received recognition by the Ministry of Public Construction and National Housing for its capabilities by being awarded “Category ‘A’”(unlimited status) in April 1994
Technoexpert Construction P/L was also awarded “Category ‘A’” (unlimited status) by the Construction Industry Federation of Zimbabwe(C.I.F.O.Z). From the time of its inception to date Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited has completed various types of civil and building projects to the satisfaction of its clients.
Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited management team has had vast experience in the field of civil engineering and building construction and the above clearly demonstrates the ability of management in producing acceptable works to the satisfaction of clients.
Due to the dynamic management and growth of Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited its insurers have had no resevations in providing assurance and performance bonds for any contracts undertaken by the company.
The company has sufficient fixed assests to
cover bank overdrafts if neccessary.
However, the company has mainly operated
without having to resort to overdraft facilities
especially during the past hyper
inflationary era.
Technoexpert Construction P/L boasts of an annual revenue of over USD 2 million dollars since the dollarization of the Zimbabwean economy, far beyond the average revenue of many industry players.

In the 30 plus years since I first opened the business, in a small office setup, in downtown Bulawayo, the company has enveloped from a small Construction and Civil works entity into one of the country’s biggest and most reputable construction forces to be reckoned with.
While much of the business has evolved over the years, it’s foundation remains rigid, cornered on the core values of Expertise, Quality and Reliability. The core philosophy governing the organisation is that completed works should stand the test of time. Technoexpert Construction is now a reputable brand in the construction industry and the aforementioned values remain central in the business as is evident in every project completed.
The previous company logo of an erect wall structure of solid force brick and mortar denoted the ever present pride in the unravelling legacy made by the company’s commitment to quality and its deliberate fusion of expertise and excellence - the hallmark of all projects completed.
The current logo is modern and progressive. The layers denote a broad and strong foundation for the preceding levels which imply a form of structure with an upward progression layer by layer, generation by generation.
