About Us

Technoexpert Construction (Private) Limited is a progressive, wholly Zimbabwean owned Civil and Building construction company incorporated on 27 November 1989 with branches in Harare and Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.

Due to the wealth of experience and professionalism of its Managing Director at the time, Mr. Arthur Evans, it was immediately accorded “Category ‘C’” status by the Ministry of Public Construction and National Housing without having to serve in lower categories. From humble beginnings and consistent, successful delivery of projects the company grew from strength to strength into the respected brand that it is today.

The company has a progressive thinking that Safety health and Environment activities are strategic investment areas for the company besides the obvious benefits of staff retention, reduced losses and improved customer satisfaction.

Exemplary ethics, corporate governance policies and practices and vigorous S.H.E compliance is the cornerstone of Technoexpert Construction. After all, is it not a truism that we do not own the environment we live in, rather we are borrowing it from our future generations. We therefore owe it to them to use our opportunities granted to us during the time of our influence responsibly.

A proud part of the heritage of Technoexpert Construction is that it is a wholly owned Zimbabwean company which is in harmony with the Laws and people of Zimbabwe. The company is in the hands of bonafide Zimbabwean nationals.

To date, the company boasts of no pending litigation cases neither has the company ever failed to complete a project through its own error despite the volatile economic environment that Zimbabwe has often existed in. As is the case since time of inception, Technoexpert Construction always endeavours to be up date with its statutory obligations to statutory bodies such as NSSA, ZIMDEF and ZIMRA among others. The company’s own internal policies reflect its commitment to regulatory compliance and maintains respectable OSHEM statistics. In addition all works undertaken under the supervision of architects and engineers who provide for landscaping and environmental protection in their designs and documents are carried out accordingly.

Another aspect of the company that is part of its proud traditions is the grooming and training of tertiary students mainly in the professions of quantity surveying and business administration. This is achieved by the company providing training opportunities and/or internships for students seconded from the various universities and colleges in Zimbabwe. So much so that leading institutions have commended the company for the training environment that we create for our interns that churns out industry ready candidates.
